Note:

Verisk Synergy Studio does not support geocoding for locations in the Gaza subdistrict. Further, Verisk Synergy Studio does not support postal codes for the Gaza area.

Required information

For Israel, in addition to the country code, any combination of the following information can be provided:

  • CRESTA Verisk has renamed "Judea and Samaria" to "West Bank" in the Verisk Synergy Studio data to match CRESTA.org.
  • Subdistrict (area, two digits)
  • Postal (five digits) If you supply a seven-digit postal code for a location in Israel, Verisk Synergy Studio truncates this postal code to five digits and attempts to match this five-digit postal code to location data in the database. Verisk has not updated five-digit postal codes for Israel in Verisk Synergy Studio due to a lack of source data.
  • Latitude/longitude

During the geocoding process, Verisk Synergy Studio matches and processes one of the supported schemes according to the scheme rules for Israel.

Note:

Verisk recommends using codes instead of names for these fields to ensure better match rates.
