These location information schemes require the following information:

  • The CRESTA location information scheme requires the country name, abbreviation, or code, as well as a valid CRESTA name or code.
  • The CRESTA Municipal location information scheme requires the country name, abbreviation, or code, as well as a valid CRESTA name or code and a valid six-digit municipality code or municipality name in the Subarea field.

Applicable geocode match levels

Verisk Synergy Studio matches these sets of information at the following levels:

  • At a CRESTA centroid geocode match level, if you supply the country and CRESTA (CRESTA location information scheme).
  • At a county centroid geocode match level, if you supply the country, CRESTA, and municipality (subarea) name or code (CRESTA Municipal location information scheme)
