Applicable geocode match levels

Verisk Synergy Studio matches these sets of information at the following levels:

  • At a CRESTA centroid geocode match level if you supply the country and CRESTA (CRESTA location information scheme)
  • At a County centroid geocode match level if you supply the country, state (area), and municipality (subarea) name or code (State Municipal location information scheme)
  • At a Subarea 2 geocode match level if you supply the country, state (area), municipality (subarea) name or code, and postal code (State Municipal Postal location information scheme)
  • At a Subarea 2 geocode match level if you supply the country, state (area), municipality (subarea) name or code, and locality (subarea 2) name or code (State Municipal Locality location information scheme)
Note: Verisk Synergy Studio remaps State Municipal Postal location information to the corresponding State Municipal Locality (subarea 2) location information to meet model requirements.

Resolution levels

Note: If you supply just country and state (area) data for exposures in Mexico, Verisk Synergy Studio imports these locations but does not geocode them. You can then use these imported locations for geospatial analysis accumulation purposes only.
