These location information schemes require the following information:

• The CRESTA location information scheme requires the country name, abbreviation, or code, as well as a valid CRESTA name or code.
• The Municipality scheme requires the country name, abbreviation, or code, as well as a valid one- to three-digit municipality code or municipality name in the Area field.
• The Municipality Postal scheme requires the country name, abbreviation, or code, as well as a valid municipality name or code in the Area field and a valid five-digit postal code in the Postal field.
• The CRESTA Postal M scheme requires the country name, abbreviation, or code, as well as a valid CRESTA name or code and a valid five-digit postal code in the Postal field.
