Multi-year reset date

Parameter to override program inception date.

If the expiration date is greater than one year from the inception date, the Multi-Year Reset Date field (Companies > [Company] > Programs > [Program] > Layers > Terms: Multi-Year Reset Date)becomes available and is the same as the inception date. You can override the default and specify a month and day in the format mm/dd.
