MPCI
Insurance focussed primarily on crop-related perils and losses.
Multiple Peril Crop Insurance (MPCI) refers to policies that (predominately) cover loss of crop yields from perils which can include drought, excess moisture, freeze, hail, fire, forestry, and disease. In some countries (e.g. United States, Canada, China, India), MPCI policies are part of a government crop insurance program. For detailed information refer to the specific model document on Verisk's Client Portal.
