Create a program

A (reinsurance) program must be associated with a company.

Companies > [Company] > Programs

To create a program:

Procedure

  1. Click on a company name in the Companies tab to open a company.
  2. Click Programs in the left column and view programs already associated with this company.
  3. To create a new program, click .
  4. In the Add Program dialog box:
    1. Indicate the type of program (e.g. Catastrophe Excess of Loss).
    2. Enter a unique name for the program.
    3. Click OK.
  5. At the top of the Program pane, modify program inception and expiration dates as necessary.
  6. Establish layers and treaty terms for this program in the Layers tab.
  7. Establish program options for this program in the Program Options tab.
  8. Establish relationships for this program; in the Relationships tab.
  9. Click to save your changes.

    You can also create a new program by dragging a program type into a program's Relationships canvas.
