Register a database

Steps to register a database for Touchstone Re.

Tools > Data Source Manager > Register

Registered databases are databases with which Touchstone Re can interact. When you create a database, the Data Source Manager automatically registers it for use with Touchstone Re—you do not need to attach it.

You must first register a database before you can submit losses to it.

Procedure

To register a database:

From the Touchstone Re global menu, select Tools > Data Source Manager
In the grid, select the database or databases that you want to register.

A check mark appears in the first column for each selected database.
Click Register.

The Registered status is now "Yes".
