Convert event distribution

Clients can now import event level losses (YELTs), received from their respective clients, into Touchstone Re.

The imported losses must be from Verisk models with Verisk event IDs. During import they are converted to ULF files and the loss is disaggregated to the area/subarea level as well as by Line of Business (LOB). This granularity provides a more accurate and precise picture of the risk involved. Disaggregated losses may also be attached to programs to further modelling and analysis which, in turn, can be attached to the layers that are feeding into a complex Touchstone Re structure.

Note:

A ULF is a modified DLF.

Before you proceed, verify that each record in the event distribution source file includes these required fields:

Event ID
Model ID
Event Loss

The first row of the source file includes the column headings.
