Exposure source file: India crop

Format details for India crop exposures.

The exposure source file for India crop must be in CSV format.

All columns and headers must be present and spelled correctly.
Only one worksheet can be imported at a time.

The first two lines should contain only column specifications for currency. This information is mandatory. Currency (e.g. "INR" for India Rupees) and Units (e.g. "Ones").

Note that each crop has 3 different columns:

Crop without specified watering practice (e.g., Kharif Rice)
Crop with irrigation (e.g., Kharif Rice Irrigated)
Crop without irrigation (e.g., Kharif Rice Rainfed)

Under the PMFBY scheme, some states have different rates specified depending on watering practice; for those states, use the Irrigated and Rainfed columns. For states that do not distinguish between irrigated and rainfed crops, use the unspecified column (e.g., Kharif Rice). The unspecified column is not intended to be used as a total or Rainfed + Irrigated.

Exposure entered into either Kharif Total or Rabi Total will be distributed proportionally into the applicable crops for that state, and then distributed down to the districts in the state or cluster specified. If a cluster is specified, the proportions used will reflect the state-wide crop distribution.
