Touchstone hot fix 13.2.3

This hot fix addresses issues in 13.x.

This hot fix resolves duplicate loss issues for Loss Grouping on Touchstone 13.2.x:

• This “[tXXX_LOSS_ByEvent]” table creates both sub-perils and combined peril losses, causing the same loss to be reported twice under the original and grouped peril codes. As a result, the duplicate loss appears under both the original peril code and the grouped code.
• For certain EventIDs in the exported Year-to-Loss table file, duplicate entries are being created in the Event-to-Loss table when running a loss group analysis saved with only the Subarea and Location Summary options

Download and Installation Instructions

1. Before you proceed:
   • Verify that Touchstone 13.2.x is properly installed and working.
   • Verify there are no active jobs running in Activity Monitor.
2. Access the AIR's Download Manager to download the file TOUCHSTONE 13.2.3.
3. Shut down all application processes including the IIS on the Application Server.
4. In the Databases folder, run Setup.exe on each database (SQL) server; the InstallShield Wizard will guide you through the installation.
5. Reboot the Application server (IIS).
