Touchstone hot fix 12.2.14
This hot fix resolves incorrect gross loss calculations for exposures with very large contracts and a loss grouping issue.
More specifically, the hot fix:

Addresses an issue where exposures with very large contracts could show incorrect gross loss values in certain save by options. (KI 433)
- Produces correct results for loss grouping for analysis with treaties when saved by layer/geo or layer/zone. (KI 464)

Download and Installation Instructions
- Before you proceed:
- Verify that Touchstone 2024 (12.0/12.2) is properly installed and working.
- Verify there are no active jobs running in Activity Monitor.
- Use AIR's Download Manager to download and unzip the file TOUCHSTONE 12.2.14.
- Shut down all application processes including the IIS on the Application Server.
- Shut down the following AIR Services on the Analysis Management Server
(HPC head node):
- AIR Activity Status Manager Service
- AIR Automation Agent
- AIR Output Manager Service
- AIR Core Push Notification Service
- Do not shut down the AIR Core Version Service.
- In the Databases folder, run Setup.exe on each database (SQL) server; the InstallShield Wizard will guide you through the installation.
- On the Components folder, run Setup.exe on:
- On each Analysis Server (HPC compute node)
- On the Application Server (IIS)
The InstallShield Wizard will guide you through the installation.
- Reboot the Analysis servers (Compute Nodes) and the Application server (IIS).
