Touchstone service pack 13.2.1
This service pack addresses issues in 13.x.
This hot fix resolves two issues:
- Verisk's US Terrorism Model: Previous Version Model - Corrected the loss calculation and incorrect use of exposure indexing.
- Loss grouping- Corrected results for analysis with treaties, saved by exposure attribute, and geo (known issue 464).
Important: Install hot fix 13.2.1 on top of Touchstone 13.2 only.

Download and Installation Instructions
- Before you proceed:
- Verify that Touchstone 13.2 is properly installed and working.
- Verify there are no active jobs running in Activity Monitor.
- Use AIR's Download Manager to download and unzip the file TOUCHSTONE 13.2.1.
- Shut down all application processes including the IIS on the Application Server
as well as all AIR Services mentioned below on the Analysis Management Server
(HPC head node).
- AIR Activity Status Manager Service
- AIR Automation Agent
- AIR Output Manager Service
- AIR Core Push Notification Service
- Do not shut down AIR Core Version Service.
- In the Databases folder, run Setup.exe on each database (SQL) server; the InstallShield Wizard will guide you through the installation.
- In the Components folder, run Setup.exe,
- On each Analysis Server (HPC compute node)
- On the Application Server (IIS)
The InstallShield Wizard will guide you through the installation.
- Reboot the Analysis servers (Compute Nodes) and Application server (IIS).
