300	Unknown	The occupancy is unknown.

Note: In some models, the construction and occupancy class code combination 100-300 is invalid, and the application remaps this combination to 100-311. Analysis logs note when the combination 100-300 has been remapped to 100-311, where 311 is General Commercial.
