Clean up company loss sets

Steps to cleanup CLF and CLA files.

Tools > Company Loss Set Cleanup.

Important:

The CLF Repository must have both read and write access to use this tool.

Procedure

  1. Backup your data before you proceed.
  2. Generate a report of loss sets:
    1. From the global menu bar, select Tools > Company Loss Set Cleanup.
    2. To establish one or more filters:
      • Set a date for Program expires before.

      • Set a date for CLF/CLA installed before.

      • Make a selection from the filter drop-down menu: No Filter, Incompatible with latest models, Incompatible with archive models.

    3. Click Apply.

      To clear all filters, click .

  3. To export the loss sets in the report, click Export List and proceed as prompted.
  4. To delete loss sets listed in the report:
    1. Review the loss set listed in the report.
    2. Use the column header filters t o sort columns by size, usage, date, name, and more,and further refine and examine your listing.
    3. To select all loss sets, toggle in the column header.
    4. To select individual loss sets, toggle to the left of the loss set name.
    5. To retain programs associated with the loss sets, toggle on Delete Associated Programs.
    6. Click Delete.
