Job schedule and priority

Steps to change the schedule or priority for a scheduled activity (job) that is submitted or queued.

Procedure

  1. Select the activity in the Activity Monitor grid and click or right-click the activity and select Edit.

    The Activity Scheduling and Priority dialog box appears.

  2. Select a priority: Low, Normal (default), High, or Top Priority.
  3. Select one of the following scheduling options:
    • Schedule On: Select the date and time after which you want the activity to start.

    • Queue Now: For an activity that was previously scheduled, you can remove the scheduled start date and time and indicate the job should be queued to start as soon as possible.

  4. Click OK.

Results

The Activity Monitor is refreshed.
