Format for Canada AM Bestfile

Format for Canadian premium data.

AM Best file for Canada is CANADIANCAT.TXT. This TXT file has a corresponding .LST file which includes file layout and field descriptions; the .LST file is not required for import.

Each .TXT file Includes the following:

Company ID
Company Name
AM Best province codes
7 lines of business (LOBs)

Touchstone Re remaps both the province codes and the LOBs.
