An exposure set is a collection of data with at least one exposure type.

A company is unique entity in Touchstone Re.
Company data (exposures)
Companies are associated with exposure data.
- Area and subarea
  Touchstone Re supports area (lower resolution) and subarea (higher resolution) resolutions that vary by country and model.

    When exposures exist for a company the Exposure Set pane displays the aggregate accumulations for each country on a map in the lower half of the panel.
  - Market share calculation
    For market share exposures (Market Shares tab), open the Market Share Calculation pane (far right) to establish calculation settings.
  - LOBs and market shares
    The following countries support calculated market share based on Sums Insured/Risks/Premiums/Rates exposures for the current release of Touchstone Re.

    When appropriate, you may choose to adjust the display currency, the currency conversion table (e.g., Verisk Default or Euro-based), and/or currency units (default is thousands).
  - India crop exposures
    India crop exposures are similar to other exposures (and may be associated with more than one company) but are affiliated with a crop season and have unique lines of business.
  - China agriculture exposures
    China agriculture exposures are grouped as the country "China Agriculture" and affiliated with crops, forests, livestock and have unique lines of business.
  - AM Best premiums
    AM Best premiums can be imported into Touchstone Re as a single data file.

  Company Loss Sets are one type of company data.
Programs
A program is integral to a company and it's exposure data in Touchstone Re.
Portfolios
A portfolio is a group of treaties selected from across companies.

Export exposure data, results, reports, and companies out of Touchstone Re.
Loss results
The Loss Results pane for a company lists all loss analyses that have been executed for the company.
Analysis
An analysis in Touchstone Re is a probabilistic analysis of your aggregated loss or exposure data.

China agriculture exposures

China agriculture exposures are grouped as the country "China Agriculture" and affiliated with crops, forests, livestock and have unique lines of business.

China agriculture exposures are typically imported into Touchstone Re.

Notes

China agriculture exposures can be copied, distributed, associated with a company,and deleted just like any other exposure.
Touchstone Re default rates for China include province-level rates fully populated by Verisk default rates.
Note that China agriculture exposures do have their own set of adjustment factors corresponding to each crop type, livestock type, and forest policy type.
China agriculture exposures can be imported via the disaggregation import feature or as UNICEDE/2 files. Modeled losses can be imported in CSV, DLF or ULF format and can be exported as DLF (binary or CSV).
Program coverage rates for LOBs specific to China agriculture are managed in the Program Options pane like all other program coverage rates. Click next to China Agriculture to open the China MPCI Program Coverage Rates dialog box and make your adjustments
China agriculture exposures have their own set of event filters which are applied in the same manner as all other event filters.
