Distribute exposures

Steps to distribute exposure set area-level data across subareas.

Companies > [Company] > Company Data > All Exposure Sets > [Exposure]

Procedure

  1. Open an exposure set.
  2. Select an exposure year.
  3. Select a peril type.
  4. Select the appropriate Exposure Type tab.

    Only Sums Insured, Risks, and Payroll exposures can be distributed.

  5. To lock specific data from being overwritten by the distribution, select the cell(s) then select Lock from the right pull-down menu. Repeat as necessary to lock additional cells.
  6. Enter a value into the area-level row (top row).
  7. Click to distribute the value down across the subareas (or right -click on the area-level value and select Distribute Amount from the menu).
