Event set filter

Event set filters can be used to run an analysis against a smaller set of stochastic events rather than running against the entire catalog; the analysis is faster and more targeted.

Events can be filtered, when configuring analysis settings, by event ID or by event year.

In event of an ALERT posting that identifies similar stochastic event ids, copy-paste event IDs into the event set filter dialog then run ALERT losses.
