Before You Begin

New Zealand earthquake only.

Procedure

Click next to the earthquake peril in the Loss Analysis pane.
In the Earthquake Events dialog box enable the earthquake events toggle to include additional events due to short term increased seismicity. Or, disable the toggle to exclude these events.

Results

This seismicity setting only impacts the Time-Dependent event set. For all other event sets there is no impact on loss results.

The default for this setting is established in the program and portfolio templates in the Administration Console.
