Notes

Some information about event set filters.

  • Event set filters can be set for 10K, 50K or 500K event sets.

  • Event set filters can be set only for stochastic event sets and not for historical, RDS, or ALERT event sets.

  • Recommendations for entering data:

    • For smaller data sets, enter the data manually or copy/paste from another source.

    • For larger data sets, use the import feature.

  • To obtain a (empty) template to collect data in CSV format, click (export) and save with a new name. Enter event set data into this file then use import to bring the data into the Loss Analysis Options: Event Filter dialog box.

  • Once a filter is applied, the label on the Analysis Settings pane will udpate from “Filter not applied” to "Filter Applied".

  • To clear a filter, open the Loss Analysis Options: Event Filter dialog box, select all events, click , and then click Apply Filters.

  • The Event Set Filter is not compatible with the Analyze Re Rollup feature.

  • When saved with an Aggregate Program Analysis Template or an Aggregate Portfolio Analysis Template, the filter can be reused.
