Global adjustment factors
Event-Based Adjustment Factors (EBAFs) use Global Adjustment Factors (also known as "GEBAFs") that are maintained in a CSV file. Each line in the file is a single record that represents a model/event pair. There must be data in each column in each record.

Factor |
Each LOB is assigned a factor of "1" by default, a neutral factor that will not change losses. (A factor of 1.1 scales losses up by 10%, while a factor of 0.9 scales losses down by 10%.) Factors may have a precision of four decimals. If a factor is equal to zero, the losses for this event are to be nulled, or not considered |
