Applies to events

Applies to Events defines one or more specific event rules and conditions that a program or layer will comply with.

Before You Begin

  • Companies > [Company] > Programs > [Program] > Layers > Terms: Applies to Events

  • Companies > [Company] > Programs > [Cat Bond Program] > Layers > Parametric Triggers

Procedure

  1. In the program layer, click associated with the Applies to Events cell.
  2. In the Applies to Events dialog box:
    • To add a filter, click .

      Repeat this step to add additional filters.

    • To change the filter name, overwrite the default name in the Name field.

    • To establish one or more events for this filter, use the tools on the Rules or Geography tab.

    • To delete a filter, select the filter from the Event Filters list and click (at the top of the Event Filters list).

    • To apply this filter definition to all layers in the current program, enable the check box in the lower left corner of the dialog box.

  3. Click OK to exit.
