Verisk's software, model, API, and database documentation and support material is available on the Client Portal.
To access the portal:

Go to https://www.air-worldwide.com/Support-and-Training/Client-Portal/.

Log in, or register for a new account. You can log in with your ALERT user name and password.
Be sure to check out the What's New
section for the latest on model and software updates.
To locate specific documents and other types of content (including release information,
technical support documents, user guides, hot fixes, and downloads), click Documentation and Downloads
, and then use the search tool and filters to narrow down
the results.
To locate API and database documentation click Developer Zone
, and then click the appropriate topic in the zone.
