Export currency rate set
Administrators can export a currency exchange rate set to a CSV file.

If you export a set that you want to import into the same Touchstone Re client, you must change both the file name and the rate set name after you export the rate set.
If you do not change the rate set name, you will get an error when you try to import the rate set, even if you changed the file name.
Procedure
To export a currency exchange rate set:
-
Select the rate set to export and click
.
-
Specify the export destination—destination path and file name.
The path must be a valid UNC path.
- Click Export.
Results
If the file exists, Export Currency prompts you to decide whether to replace it. If the file does not exists, the export process continues. When the export has succeeded, a message displays information about the location of the exported rate set.
Next Steps
To edit the rate set name:
-
Browse to the location of the exported rate set.
-
Open the CSV file in a text editor—not in a spreadsheet application. On the first line, a comma separates the currency code and the rate set name.
-
Change the rate set name and then close the text editor.
