Map

The Map is one of the panes available in Loss Results.

It provides a visual representation of the information in the Event Loss Summary Table for earthquake, tropical cyclone, wildfire, or terrorism events. For example, when you select one or more events in the table, the maps are updated to:

• Highlight the areas that incurred losses due to the events

• Show the track of the events

The Map Legend shows what each color in the map represents. You can change the color of the event icon in the map by double-clicking the color in the map legend.

The map can display the losses for one perspective at a time. You select a perspective in the Event Loss table by clicking the Mean cell below the perspective name, which sorts the events by the losses from the selected perspective.
