Custom models

Admin > Administration Console > Event Set Management > Model Management: Custom Models

Users can define country-specific custom models. Custom models is one feature of Verisk's Advanced Loss Modification (ALM).

Each custom model requires the following items:

A user-created Damage Factor File (DFF) to support any country-supported peril.
Defined custom lines of business.

To calculates losses for custom models, Touchstone Re multiplies event damage factors by custom sums insured and applies reinsurance treaty terms defined in Touchstone Re. Users can run analyses at the same time for custom models and Verisk models.
