Create model

Steps to include a custom model in Touchstone Re.

Admin > Administration Console > Event Set Management > Model Management: Custom Models >

Procedure

To create a custom model:

  1. On the Custom Models tab, click .
  2. Enter data in all the fields:
    1. Select a unique model ID.
    2. Enter a description.
    3. Enter a model name.
    4. Select a peril.
    5. Select one or more countries.
    6. Enter a region name.
    7. Click Create.
  3. Associate a Damage Factor File (DFF) with the new custom model.

    You cannot add a custom model to an event set if you do not associate a DFF with the model. It will not appear for selection in the Use Event Set list.
