Apply Event-based Adjustments

Before You Begin

Before you begin, verify the CSV file which contains the appropriate Global Adjustment Factors is ready for import in one of the following formats:

  • Factor by Area & LOB

  • Factor by Event

Admin > > Administration Console > Object Management > Event Based Adjustment Factors

Procedure

To apply event-based adjustment factors (EBAF):

  1. Select an event set from the Filter Models by Event Set drop-down list.
  2. To apply factors from an established global adjustment factors file:
    1. Select a model to include in this set; click the toggle to the left of the model ID.
    2. Move to the column with the desired format: Factor by Area & LOB or Factor by Event.
    3. In the column, click .
    4. Select Import File.
    5. Navigate to the network location of the global adjustment factors file and select the file.

    To clear an assignment, select Clear File from this same column drop-down.

  3. Repeat these steps to make additional assignments for other models.
  4. Click to save the EBAF set; click to save to another name.
