Copy paste into portfolio
You can now copy information from a source outside Touchstone Re (e.g. Excel spreadsheet) into the Touchstone Re Portfolio Details pane.
Fields which can be copied will vary according to treaty type:
For all treaty types:
Premium
For all treaty types except Catbond:
Gross %
Net %
Participation 3
Participation 4
For Catbond treaties:
Principal Amount
Investment Amount
Procedure
To copy/paste information into an existing portfolio:
- Review the information above to determine which fields can be updated.
- Copy the identified fields from your Excel spreadsheet.

Select the check box
for the company to copy to
in the Master List.
- Slide the horizontal scroll bar over to view the fields available for pasting; fields are indicated with a blue bounding box.
- Select the field(s) to paste to then select Paste from the right mouse drop-down list.
- If necessary, repeat the copy/paste for this company and other companies in the portfolio.
