A Verisk Industry Exposure Database contains industry-wide data on aggregate exposures for sums insured, number of risks, and premium data by line of business and payroll.

This database:

Is essential for estimating market-wide losses.
Is used during loss analyses to calculate company specific aggregate market share values.
Covers all modeled countries (premiums only for U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands).
Contains all relevant property data (building counts and values by construction type, occupancy type, building height and geography) by county or CRESTA .

Export of aggregate industry insurable exposure values is supported for sums insured.
