Import India Exposure

Procedure
To import India exposures for disaggregation:
- On the global menu, select .

Select Exposure and then:

Enter the name and network (UNC) location of the target input file, or click
, navigate to the shared network location
containing the input file, select the file, and then click
Open.
- Verify that the peril is set to MPCI (Agri); other selections are not valid for India Disaggregation.
- Select a data type: Sums Insured or Premiums.
- Select currency & units.
- Select the currency rate table to use.

Enter the name and network (UNC) location of the target input file, or click

In the Destination area:
- Enter a company name or select one from the list.
- Enter an Exposure Set name or select one from the list. If the exposure already exists, select Append over Overwrite.
- Select an import year.
- Optionally, clear the Close after Import check box if you want to continue importing items.

Click Verify to check the data.
If a warning message appears, click it for information.

Click Import.
All valid rows are disaggregated to county level when Disaggregate = 1 in the source file; a message box displays the number of counties added to the database.
- If applicable, click Close to exit ImportExpress.
Results
The task appears in the Activity Monitor queue.
