User administration
User administration involves the management of users, roles, groups, and business units in Touchstone Re.
User group management
In Touchstone and Touchstone Re, an administrator must explicitly add each user to the pool of users and assign each user to a role and a business unit.
Multiple user or group names found
Use the Multiple Names Found dialog box to select one or more user or group names in Touchstone and Touchstone Re when adding a user or group.

Using Touchstone online Help
You can access the top-level or context-sensitive Touchstone online help from within the application or from the Client Portal. You can then search for content, bookmark pages, and generate output to other formats.
Import data from external sources
You can import exposure data, map layers, projects, and reinsurance packages from external sources into Touchstone databases.
Projects and exposure views

  - User group management
    In Touchstone and Touchstone Re, an administrator must explicitly add each user to the pool of users and assign each user to a role and a business unit.
    - Add users and groups
      Use the User Administration dialog box to add a user or group and to assign a role in Touchstone Re.

Multiple user or group names found

Use the Multiple Names Found dialog box to select one or more user or group names in Touchstone and Touchstone Re when adding a user or group.

Parameters and Buttons	Description
Common buttons	Use these buttons (when applicable) and parameters when selecting one or more user or group names.
User/Group Name	Name of each user or group that matches the text entered in the User Administration dialog box. Select the desired names and then click OK.
Description	Description of each user or group that matches the text entered in the User Administration dialog box.
Email Address	E-mail address for each user or group that matches the text that you entered in the User Administration dialog box.
OK	Closes the dialog box.
Cancel	Closes the dialog box without selecting any users or groups.
