Using Touchstone online Help
You can access the top-level or context-sensitive Touchstone online help from within the application or from the Client Portal. You can then search for content, bookmark pages, and generate output to other formats.
Import data from external sources
You can import exposure data, map layers, projects, and reinsurance packages from external sources into Touchstone databases.

Import/export zone sets

Use the tools in the Zone Set Manager to transfer multiple zone sets at the same time between different, compatible versions of Touchstone and Touchstone Re, from one release to another, and between business units.

Admin > Administration Console > Object Management > Zone Set Manager

This feature means that you no longer need to waste time recreating zones manually.

Zone sets are typically brought forward during an upgrade; however, in situations when a new installation is necessary, zone sets from a prior release can be imported. Some things to keep in mind:

Users can import/export more than one zone set.
The supported format is binary format (.zsmf).
Users can import zone sets from Admin Console → Object Management → Zone Set Manager.
Import ignores geographic information that has changed or is no longer supported.
The name of each zone set to import must be unique.
You cannot export import zones separately that are a subset of, or part of ,a zone set.
You can import or export multiple zone sets at a time.

Touchstone generates log files of import and export activity.
