AIRExposureSummary Database
Description

The AIRExposureSummary database stores information that the application uses to populate the Exposure Summary Dashboard.

The variable RRRR in a table name represents a result SID (sequential identifier). You can use the SID to identify other tables associated with the result set. If needed, you can also use the Analysis ID in the Touchstone user interface to identify the Result SID for a given analysis.

This table stores information about the data structures input to each analysis:

  • A detailed loss analysis has a single analysis target, e.g. an exposure view.
  • A marginal impact analysis has two analysis targets, the reference portfolio and the new portfolio or policy whose impact will be assessed.
  • Loss grouping has two or more analysis targets, the loss result sets or loss groups that are being grouped together.
Stores information about any packages applied to the database.
Defines the version of the database.

For detailed loss analysis run with custom event frequency, this table stores the custom frequency identifiers such as the type of event, custom catalog model code, and the unique sequential identifier associated with an analysis.

Stores information about the catalogs that contain custom, user-defined event footprints and the associated detailed loss anaysis.

Stores the results of analysis when "Custom Event Frequency" is selected from the Detailed Loss Analysis Options.
For detailed loss analysis run with demand surge, this table stores the demand surge identifiers that correspond to the selected demand surge functions. If demand surge is not included, this table will contain no rows for that analysis.
Stores the earthquake option used to generate the results in a detailed loss analysis. If earthquake is not modeled in a loss analysis, the table does not include rows for the analysis.
Stores the flood option(s) used to generate the results in a detailed loss analysis. If the user has selected specific flood zones for a loss analysis, the table will contain one or more rows that identify a value for the custom flood zone secondary modifier for locations. Touchstone uses this value as a filter when determining which locations to include in the analysis. If the user has not configured loss analysis to filter by flood zone, this table will contain no rows for that analysis.

Stores the loss analysis options used to generate results during a loss analysis. 

Touchstone creates one row for each analysis.

Stores the peril set options used to generate the results in a detailed loss analysis.
Stores the severe thunderstorm peril options used to generate the results in a detailed loss analysis. If sever thunderstorm is being modeled in an analysis, the table will include one or more rows for the analysis indicating the categories of storm events to be included or excluded.
Stores the terrorism peril options used to generate the results in a detailed loss analysis. If terrorism is being modeled in an analysis, the table will include one or more rows for the analysis indicating the categories of terrorist events to be included or excluded.

Stores information about the zone sets used to generate each set of detailed loss analysis results.

If you save results by zone during an analysis, Touchstone creates one or more rows for the analysis that indicate the zone sets you specified, whether you saved summary exceedance probability (EP) results by each combination of zone and peril, and whether you saved annual EP values by zone.

Stores statistical information about the contracts that are affected by the clash underwriting analysis.
Stores statistical information about the locations (in the contract) that are affected by the clash underwriting analysis.
Stores statistical information about the locations (within the portfolio) that are affected by the clash underwriting analysis.

Stores annual exceedance probability losses to be used a Comparative Loss analysis. This table is created for each comparative Loss analysis. By default, for each year in the analysis that experienced loss, the table will contain at most one Aggregate row and one Occurrence row per financial perspective for the Standard EP curve. But if losses for a particular financial perspective in that year were 0, no row is generated. The table may contain additional rows if the user requests additional EP curves for subsets of the results.    

Stores information about the contracts used during the Comparative Loss analysis.

Stores information about the Line of Business used during the Comparative Loss analysis.

Stores information regarding the number/percent of locations and replacement values that were in violation of each rule during the Data Quality - Augmentation analysis.

Report detail results for the Data Quality - Augmentation reports.
Stores detailed summary results for the Data Quality - Augmentation reports.
Stores summary results for the Data Quality - Augmentation reports. Contains augmentation values for display in report summary frame.
Defines actual values referenced by the augmentation rules. Stores both user and industry value for easy comparison and augmentation. Referenced by the  tRRRR_DQ_AUG_ResultDetail Table to provide multiple values per location. Each location affected by the augmentation should have an ISOBIN record within this table to keep track of the augmentation data source.
Stores result details for the Data Quality - Validation reports. Each table contains detail data for one report and every location in the report is represented by a record. See tRRRR_DQ_DVA_Violations Table to review the multiple rule violations for each location record.
Stores the aggregate results for the Data Quality - Validation reports.
Stores detailed term result for the Data Quality - Validation reports.
Stores summary results for the Data Quality - Validation reports.  Each table contains summary data for one report. Records contain Data Quality - Validation values that are pre-aggregated to the format for display in report summary frame.
Stores all Data Quality - Validation rule violations for each location record in tRRRR_DQ_DVA_ResultDetail Table. Each single table contains detail data for one report and each row represents a failed rule for specific location. The ViolationDescription attribute combines the information from rule and rule set for easy access. (For example "RV A is less than 50000")
Stores report details for the Data Quality - Industry Data Benchmark reports.

Stores the accumulated results of a Exposure Concentration analysis within a user-defined area (zones, rings, or polygons).  One or more of the properties can be accumulated, such as location, risk, replacement value, employee count, and loss.
Unique system-generated sequential identifier for the zones, rings, or polygons in which exposure concentration is accumulated for a specified peril in a Geospatial analysis.Stores the results of the Geospatial analysis at the contract level.
Stores the results of the Geospatial analysis at the layer level.

Stores information about each sub-accumulation object. A sub-accumulation object is a concentric ring that is assigned a peril-specific damage ratio. All locations that lie within this ring are analyzed together as a single group.
Stores the mapping between the locations and sub-accumulators included in a geospatial analysis. You can join this table to the tRRRR_EC_ByLocation Table and tRRRR_EC_DimSubAccumulator Table to view losses by location and sub-accumulator.

Touchstone creates one table for each analysis that included a reinsurance program.

Stores information about each terrorism event that generated loss during a loss analysis.

Touchstone creates the dimension table for each analysis that included event as an output option.

Stores information about each exposure attribute that:

  • Touchstone used to aggregate losses
  • Generated losses during the analysis

Touchstone creates the dimension table for each analysis that included an exposure attribute, such as line of business, as an output option.

For example, if a user saved losses by line of business, the table includes one row for each line of business that generated loss. The ExposureAttributeTypeCode would be ‘ULOB’, and the ExposureAttribute values would contain the names of the lines of business.

Stores information about databases that contain exposures that have been analyzed. This dimension table is created for every Loss analysis.

Stores information about each geography record that generated loss during a loss analysis. Touchstone generates the table only for analyses that a user transferred to Touchstone Re using the company loss association feature.

Stores information about layers that experienced loss in the analysis. This dimension table is created when losses are saved by layer.

Stores the number of events associated with each combination of catalog type, model, and year included in a detailed loss analysis. Touchstone generates the table only for analyses that a user transferred to Touchstone Re using the company loss association feature.

During a company loss association, Touchstone writes information about a company loss file (CLF) set to the AIRCompanyLoss database and Touchstone Re associates the CLF set with a Touchstone Re company.

Stores the number of events associated with each zone included in a detailed loss analysis. Touchstone generates the table only for analyses that included zone as an output option.

Stores the deltas for the aggregate annual exceedance probability losses that are calculated during a Comparative Loss analysis.

tRRRR denotes the Results SID for the Comparative Loss analysis and TTTT represents the identifier for the loss analysis.

Stores the deltas for the aggregate annual exceedance probability summary that are calculated during a Comparative Loss analysis.
