Copy Selected Program

Procedure

To copy a program in the selected company

  1. Open the company in the Companies tab.
  2. Click Programs in the left column.
  3. Select the program to copy.
  4. Click .
  5. Select Copy selected program.
  6. In the Copy program dialog box, select a copy method (e.g. program only).
  7. Include more detail for your copy selection, when applicable.

    This may include selections for:

    • Program only

    • Retain or duplicate program elationships

    • Retain or duplicate child programs

    • Destination company

    • Suffix for child program names

    All saved relationships will be included in the copy.

  8. Enter a name in the New Program Name text box.
  9. Click Create Copy.

    The copied program will show up in the Programs list.

    To view the status of the copy and access a log file, open the Activity Monitor.
