Share a Zone Set

Admin > Administration Console > Object Management > Zone Set Manager: Zones

Administrative users can share zone sets with other business units in Touchstone and in Touchstone Re. The Share icon appears next to the zone set name in the list of zone sets. Shared zone sets are read-only for non-administrative users. Administrative users can make changes to a shared zone set that. The system administrator has full access to all zone sets created across all business units.

Procedure

  1. In the list of zone sets, select a single zone set that you want to share. You can share one zone set at a time.
  2. Click .

    The Zone Set Manager Sharing dialog box lists the business units to which the administrative user has access and the application (Touchstone or Touchstone Re) used by each business unit.

  3. Select the check box next to each business unit with which you want to share the zone set. To unshare a zone set, clear the check box next to the business unit.
  4. Click Save.
    Note:

    If a user runs an analysis with a zone set that is later unshared or deleted, the loss results will still be available. However, the user will no longer see the zone set in Zone Set Manager.
