Delete a business unit

In Touchstone Re, only users with system administrator permissions can delete a new business unit.

Admin > Administration Console > User Administration > Business Unit Management >

Note:

When a business unit is deleted:
- Associated exposure and results databases will be unregistered and detached; they can then be deleted through Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
- Verisk User settings for the business unit will be purged.
- CLF, DFF and EBAF directories and files specific to the business unit will be deleted.

To delete a business unit:

Procedure

Switch to a different business unit before deleting the business unit in question.
In the Administration Console > User Administration > Business Unit Management > Business Unit List pane, select the business unit to delete.
Click .
When prompted, click Yes.
