Import UNICEDE data

Import > Exposure > UNICEDE/2

Procedure

To import exposure data in the aggregate UNICEDE/2 format:

  1. On the Import Data tab:
    1. Select a file from the Input File list; use to browse and locate the network path.
    2. If necessary, disable selections in the Exposure grid.
    3. If appropriate, select a different currency rate table.
    4. To create a company, enter a company name.
    5. Enter an existing exposure set.
    6. Select an import year.
    7. Click Verify to check the data.

      If there is a problem, click the warning message for details.

    8. Optionally, deselect Close on Export to keep the dialog box open after the export.
    9. Click Import to import the data.

      If there is a problem, click the warning message for details.

  2. Select the Contact tab to view information associated with this exposure set.
  3. If applicable, click Close to exit.
