Viewing Distribution by Overall Risk

This view displays the distribution of overall risk scores in your portfolio.

The following table describes each of the columns.


Column	Description
# Locations	Number of locations with an overall risk score in the corresponding overall risk band.
% Known Construction	Percent of locations in the corresponding overall risk band with known construction information.
% Known Occupancy	Percent of locations in the corresponding overall risk band with known occupancy information.
% Known Stories	Percent of locations in the corresponding overall risk band where the number of stories is known.
% Known Year Built	Percent of locations in the corresponding overall risk band where the year built is known year.
% Portfolio Locations	Percent of portfolio locations in the corresponding overall risk band.
% Portfolio Replacement Value	Percent of the portfolio replacement value made up by locations in the corresponding overall risk band.
% Quality Geocode	Percent of locations in the corresponding overall risk band with a quality geocode match level of Relaxed Address or better.
Overall Risk Category	Quantifies the overall risk based on the following data: Known address information Known risk characteristics Data quality Loss costs and average annual losses for exposures in the same geographic locations The higher the overall risk value, the higher the risk the data structure presents.
Total Replacement Value	Total replacement value (across all coverages) of all locations in the corresponding risk band.
