  • BGI = Basic Group 1
    (fire, lightening explosion, vandalism, or sprinkler leakage)
  • CMB = Combined BGI and SCL
  • SCL = Special Causes of Loss
    (theft, weight of snow, ice, or sleet,  falling objects, or water damage)
