Known Issue 417

Upgrading a v10 Exposure or Result databases in Touchstone 12.2.0 will give a database upgrade error and a message in the log that the job aborted.

Description	When this occurs the database is getting updated only to v11. Resubmitting the upgrade for these databases will successfully bring the database to v12.
