When running the Verisk Earthquake Model for Japan the Epicenter Area field is missing a subarea entry in the Event Description for a small number of events.

Summary	When running the Verisk Earthquake Model for Japan the Epicenter Area field is missing a subarea entry in the Event Description for a small number of events.
Description	The subarea where the epicenter is located is not properly loaded in some events, resulting in a blank field. In these cases the area (prefecture) is correct as well as the other information within the event description.
