Verisk Wildfire Model for the United States

The Verisk Wildfire Model for the United States produces a view of geographically specific risk of wildfire in the Western United States for the time period ~2025-2029.

This model uses an extensive analysis of wildfire history and relationships between wildfire activity and weather in 45 US EPA level III ecoregions in the 13-state model domain to build 10,000-year, 50,000-year, and 100,000-year catalogs of realistic fire years.
