The Verisk Terrorism Model includes a stochastic model and a deterministic model that estimate property and casualty losses and workers' compensation claims due to a potential conventional, chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear attack on properties in the United States.

In addition, deterministic loss analyses are supported for international locations.
