SFP States |
Standard Fire Policies (SFP) states require insurers to provide coverage for fires due to terrorist attacks even if the policy holder has rejected the terrorism coverage in accordance with the Terrorism Risk Insurance Program Reauthorization Act (TRIPRA). The SFP states are listed in the following table, where the states listed in bold do not allow SFP policies to exclude terrorism.
