  • 1 = Masonry basement
  • 2 = Concrete basement

  • 6 = Post & pier
  • 7 = Footing
  • 8 = Mat / slab
  • 9 = Pile
  • 10 = No basement
  • 11 = Engineering foundation
  • 12 = Crawlspace - raised (wood)
