This section provides information about setting up your account on AIR Cloud, authenticating your credentials, and getting started using the Web Services application programming interfaces (APIs).
When you license the Loss Analysis Service API, your AIR representative sets up a configuration package for you. This package contains the Loss Analysis Service API uniform resource locator (URL) and certain loss analysis token configuration options to apply in your API request. You must supply the token configuration details as part of the service request.
Perform the following steps to set up and verify your authentication credentials.
AIR Representative creates a tenant for your account and notifies you via email the Loss Analysis Service API URL endpoints. Your account contains a set of API Keys and a Bearer Token that you use to authenticate the URL endpoints that require an OAuth 2.0 Bearer Token.
Identify the API's key and tokens linked to your account.
On the Auth tab, select Bearer Token from the list.
In the Token field, enter the keys associated with your account.
The Token values do not expire unless they are regenerated. After successful submission of the Token keys, the application allows you to make the API requests.
Submit your first API request to verify your keys and the respective Bearer Token.
If you are unable to verify your token and keys, contact us at AIR_Web_Services@air-worldwide.com.
Access to your company's licensed environment in the AIR Cloud is tightly controlled and is restricted to AIR support personnel and approved users. Keep your sign-in information secure.
If you are logging in to AIR Cloud for the first time, you must reset your password.
Perform the following steps to log in to the application.
