Catalog Viewer Application Programming Interface Reference Documentation
Welcome to Catalog Viewer Application Programming Interface

Discover the incredible capabilities of our event-monitoring platform so that you can build and integrate applications with ease.

Catalog Viewer API provides the ability to track and monitor events in real-time and provides built-in API key support. The API endpoints allow you to programmatically define the event parameters and investigate similar events available in the stochastic catalogs. These APIs fetch data from a dedicated map server that can deliver geospatial content more frequently and help you focus on a subset of events to assess a range of potential impacts. You can also take a quick glimpse of your potential risk for the U.S. region by either looking at event-level industry insured losses or state-level industry insured losses.

FEATURE SUPPORT

The API service endpoints enable you to perform the following activities:

MODEL SUPPORT

Beginning with this release, we support the 10k stochastic catalogs for the Verisk Tropical Cyclone Model in the United States.

This guide is for developers who want to build an event repository with Catalog Viewer API services. It contains sample requests, operations, and schemas that illustrate how to access the services. It also provides examples of how to use Catalog Viewer services as part of your development workflow to create, manage, and publish data for your applications.
